Returns can only be made for products that have not been printed or embroidered or that are faulty. 

Products that have not been printed or embroidered may be returned for an exchange or credit. A restocking fee of $25.00 incl. GST applies to each item returned or exchanged. This restocking fee is to cover charges and freight Konstruct incurs in processing returned items. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery and must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, including being in the original packaging. Items that have been worn or washed are unable to be returned. Some items are ineligible for exchange or credit on return including sale items, underwear, and socks.

Items that have been printed or embroidered are made to order and are unable to be returned, except where faulty.

When making a return please let us know: 
• what you’re returning; 
• the reason (e.g. wrong size); 
• your name, order number and email address.

Once your return has been received we will email you. This may be up to 2 weeks after we’ve received it. Restocking fees and freight delivery charges must be paid before we can process the return.
